This restaurant is great in every way. It has a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy lunch and a cold beer for just $7.
The restaurant had a good burger, but it was disappointing. The ambiance was great, and the family who runs the place has it together. I probably won't be returning.
Hands down, the best, most entertaining meal, I had in quite some time. The food, diner fare extraordinaire, while hot, fresh and good enough that I leftovers home, seemed more like a 'prop ', because the show behind the counter, held us in tricks! The stories about the history of the place, the second oldest permanent business in the city, as tells us about the twenty grandchildren of the original owner, for over 100 years, was really an amazing experience! If you love diner food as I do, and are looking for a 'live sitcom' to keep you entertained, you owe it to yourself to give Wilson's Pool Room an attempt!
Great little place, good prices. The Wilson Burger recommend....
