The Italian Kitchen - Vero Beach

We stumbled upon this restaurant after visiting a light festival, and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. Though it's an hour away, I'd gladly make the trip again. The pizza crust is incredible—crunchy and perfect for thin crust fans. The pepperoni is excellent, and the sausage is nicely seasoned and thinly sliced, without being overly salty. As for the garlic knots, while they may not be the traditional knot shape, they were absolutely delicious. The service from the staff was outstanding, and they managed to accommodate our party of six in just 30 minutes on a busy weekend!
