Phatz - Vero Beach

The cinnamon toast waffle is just mediocre. It’s essentially a waffle with cereal and frosting on top. The BBQ flavor was average, and the lemon pepper was nothing special either. The wings are quite small; they should really offer 8 wings instead of 6, considering their size. Overall, I don’t think this place lives up to the hype that everyone talks about.

We make it a point to enjoy Phatz chicken at least once a week. I just can't get enough of their finger-licking sauce, which has the perfect blend of sticky, sweet, tangy, and smoky flavors. For Valentine's Day, my husband surprised me with two bottles of it—a special treat since we usually don’t celebrate the occasion but I made an exception for the sauce! While they offer a solid variety of dishes on their menu, my absolute favorite is the Phatz chicken salad. I've heard their milkshakes are amazing, but I'm always too full to try them by the time I leave. I also have to mention that their staff operates exceptionally well under pressure! #dontgetlostinthesauce

This place is amazing! They're really doing it right. The chicken and fries are delicious, served hot and fresh. The restaurant is very clean, and it has the best air conditioning in Vero Beach (known for its older crowd).
