Peakfine At Sparkling Hill Resort

Beautiful setting as always, we sat by the fire which was cozy. We ordered the chicken and it was absolutely terriblly dry and somewhat burnt, as were the potatoes and mushrooms. We asked for a replacement as it was unedible and the server said the replacement would be the same as the chicken is ore cooked and just heated when ordered. So we opted for the halibut, which ended up being even worse. It was served on a bed of mashed squash and ham, dry unusual pairing. Would not recommend this restaurant, we will certainly not be back.

The complimentary breakfast in our pkg for the stay was very good! Excellent service as well staff were all friendly and well trained.

The restaurant is beautiful however the food was cold every time we ordered. And the pototes were grease logged. It definitely does not have the quality expected of a place as beautiful as Sparkling Hills. With it being the primary restaurant and being so remote, I feel like the food needs to be improved. We were thinking of ordering in but the delivery fees were outrageous. Definitely needs improving!
