Burger King - Vernon

World's worst customer service. Ordered through the app, order was confirmed, cc was charged. I drove across town to pick up my order and the restaurant was closed. Now I get to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This will be my last ever order from BK.

Literally here sitting in the line up for over 25 min. Unbelievable for “Fast Food”.

On the big sign outside it says now open at seven. I stand at the door waiting till 13 minutes after seven door still locked employees inside just looking at me and serving people at the drive-through I drive a big delivery truck I don’t fit through the drive-through. Very disappointed I guess no breakfast for me this morning.

It’s hard to find these kind of stupid and unwilling staff who don’t know how to manage customer and even close 12 Minutes before there closing hour and she tell me I’m late it’s not her problem.Never going to visit burger king ever again in my life??

My fiance and I went there and he's a vegetarian so I'm making this review based o on him. He absolutely loved the veggie burger
