Horrible counter service. They would not take anyones order standing in line and forcing all 8 people in line to use the online app. The guy behind the counter kept saying, it will be 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. 20 minutes later. He keptsaying the same thing. The manager and or store owner should be ashamed of the customer service. There were several older peoplethat did not know how to use their phone to order food and they left. They need new customer service staff or new management.

I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs for delivery through Uber Eats. Despite paying for the meal, extra for the sauce, and a tip for the driver, there were no meatballs included in my order. The only resolution offered was a free meal next time or to pick up the missing items. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering or dining at this restaurant again.

I will never return to this restaurant after finding not one, but two pieces of hair in my food. The hair was not mine (I have blonde hair) and was long and dark. It was very unpleasant.

The restaurant is consistently inconsistent. At times, the food is really good, but other times, dishes like the pesto cavatappi taste bland and resemble buttered noodles due to a lack of sauce. It seems like common sense that when making noodles with a greensauce, there should be enough sauce to give them a green color. This lack of attention to detail is evident in several dishes, making the dining experience very hit or miss. It feels as though the chefs lack consistency in their cooking, perhaps not using measuring tools properly. Despite having great dishes and options on the menu, the chain could greatly improve if the cooks were more consistent in their preparation.

I just had to share when I visit this Noodles site, I am more than satisfied with my experience! love that you stay open until a welcome alternative over almost food places that remain open late! every time I visit, the staff is so nice and so friendly. I never have to wait very long for my orders, and eating is always delicious! I can't say enough good things about her friendly staff. I love this place and will come on! many thanks for the great service and the staff-please give them my comments to a manager! Go on!
