Buffalo Wild Wings - Vernon Hills

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!! The staff were not polite at all, and really unorganized. We were waiting to be seated and no one came to greet us. We saw three staff members by the pickup area and we asked if someone was coming to get seated, they just looked at us and said no, we then asked if we just seat whatever we wanted to and one of them moved his head to said yes We also waited for a waitress to get our order but no one came, so when we saw one of them walking by our table, we stopped her and asked if someone can take our order because we were ready, she said -one moment, then came back with the menus and we told her that we didn’t need the menus, because we were ready. And she just said -okay one second and didn’t come back So we left. The one in Gurnee or Round lake are waaaaay more friendly and organized. Never coming back!!!

First off, the waiter took around 10 minutes before taking our order. We ordered fries as an appetizer, never ended up getting them. When we got our food, the person I was with didn’t even get all of the wing flavors she asked for. I asked for my wings to be extra wet (very saucy) and they were as dry as a dessert. I needed water to wash them down, but I couldn’t get any because our waiter didn’t even check on us once. He was too busy watching a football game. At the end, it was even a struggle just to get the check and leave. Never coming back, this place isn’t even deserving of one star.

This was my first visit, and it was a truly disappointing experience. I would rate it lower than one star if possible. The service was abysmal, and the restaurant itself was dirty. There seemed to be no organization in how the dishes were served, with several plates never making it to our table. Those that did arrive weren’t even what we ordered. The food that was served was inedible. The only redeeming quality of this place is that the TVs were functional.

Horrible customer service we came in here and got our sides before we got our food (after 20 min) and then after 35 minutes, we are still waiting while parties which came in after (20 min later) are already eating. 2nd time here 2nd time with the same issue. I would understand if it was busy it’s not. And all of our food got shoved on one plate

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 50 minutes for just a water and 20 wings! This was at 4pm not even during a rush! Jill, the waitress was absolutely dreadful and never paid any attention to me or any customers. It took her 20 minutes to ask if I wanted a menu for food before I had to ask her for one. I also had to be the one to tell her that I was ready to order after another 20 minutes! The food also took a long time and when she said it was ready she took another long time to go back and grab it. Absolutely horrible experience with Jill and will never return.
