The wedge salad came with three large wedges, but there were hardly any toppings—just a handful of beets scattered around the plate, instead of being properly chopped and arranged as is customary. The bacon accompaniment was just four thick slices of bacon placed on the side, which was rather disappointing. My experience with room service for breakfast was also disappointing. Everything was overcooked—my fiancée’s eggs were overdone, and my potatoes were mushy and lacking flavor. The only reasons I ended up giving two stars instead of one were the four large, fresh shrimp in my cocktail, the delicious red velvet cake for dessert, and our lovely waitress, Ari, who truly made our evening enjoyable. Despite the shortcomings in service and food quality, Ari stood out as the highlight of our visit. We definitely felt fortunate to have her as our server!

The dining experience was a mixed bag—either very satisfying or quite disappointing. The starters were definitely better than the main courses. The atmosphere was loud, and the prices felt steep for what we ordered. I would recommend avoiding the flatbreads; both of us found them overcooked.

Our waitress, Barbara, was incredibly kind to us, especially considering we were a large group. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

3* because the experience was all over the place. The venue itself is casual and very nice. Our waitress was engaging and sweet, but the kitchen and bar just couldn't get food and drinks out the doors in a reasonable time frame. Chicken wings were outstanding, onion soup was very good, salads were very good, ribs were good, but the roasted chicken was awful and had to be sent back. We waited a long time to talk about dessert and coffee, and finally just bailed on that idea and got the check, which also took too long. Maybe they were short-staffed, and there was a big crowd at the bar, so maybe we'll give it another try if it looks less busy. I'd recommend it for the foods we enjoyed, but with the caveat that you might be waiting for food and service.
