Pizza Hut Verdun

I went to this restaurant to order a pizza, but was extremely disappointed that there was barely any cheese on it. The owner seemed very stingy and did not fully coat the pizza with cheese, leaving it sparsely sprinkled. It was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

When I think of disappointments, a few things come to mind: overcooked steak, potholes in Montreal, corruption, excessive construction, stale fries on poutine, and now, pizza from this particular location. We all know that there's no such thing as bad pizza. Even when it's not great, it's still edible. But when you receive a pizza with barely any sauce, it's almost ridiculous. My all-dressed pizza had hardly more than one pepperoni on each slice, resulting in a dry, dense, overcooked pizza that was essentially a dried grilled cheese on pizza dough. On top of that, I paid for two stuffed crust pizzas and neither of them were actually stuffed crust! Mistakes happen, I understand that. I wouldn't judge a restaurant solely on the quality of their food without giving them a chance to make it right. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, and the manager acknowledged the mistake, promising to provide the stuffed crust for free on my next order (which, let's be honest, wasn't really free since I had already paid for it and didn't receive it). Despite this, we decided to eat the non-stuffed crust pizzas because we were all hungry. However, we quickly realized that the pizzas were extremely dry with hardly any sauce. I called the restaurant again and offered to send photos of the pizzas lacking sauce. The manager claimed that they have a specific amount of sauce they use based on the pizza size (which I highly doubt has been approved by corporate). He offered a 50% discount on my next order, but I argued that I shouldn't have to pay for a future order if the current pizzas weren't up to standard. I requested for the pizzas to be remade and redelivered, offering to return the barely touched ones. However, the manager refused and shifted the blame.

This restaurant is run by only two people, as far as I know. Upon arriving, we noticed clear instructions for contactless ordering outside the store, which we followed. We placed our order online and waited a few minutes longer than the estimated time before receiving our order. The man had forgotten our drink order, but he quickly fulfilled it when we reminded him. It is a no-frills eatery, not a 5-star fast food joint, but everything we ordered was delicious. We took our food to a quiet park in Verdun and enjoyed our Pizza Hut brunch there. I am writing this review because the leftovers we brought home were still tasty when we had them later in the day. Thank you!

I ordered pizzza today and the pizza is disgusting. Nothing is cook well. All over pizza is totally tasty bad. i ordered pizza with five topics and some of the topics are missing. i recommend everyone please don?t ordered from here anymore. i have very bad experience with these store

This place has salubrity issues. How about finding fly eggs on your pizza when it got delivered? Never order from Pizza hut if you are in Verdun or around.
