Little Caesars Pizza - Ventura

Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas. I arrived and was handed a pizza with meat. I asked to remake my pizza, but was not offer, no type of compensation for the inconvenience or refund. I highly recommend to check your food before you leave the business. Cashier was very nice, upper management didn?t seem to care for customer service . Store number : 5953 Manager :Pedro

What I like is they serve a consistently good pizza, when my kids are hungry Im on the go, these guys here serve it up. I call ahead never disappointed, great bang for your buck??

Ordered a pizza online and I was very specific in telling them that I didn't want my pizza looking all dry, matter a fact I even called up there, gave them my name and told them to please make sure they put enough tomatoe paste on my pizza because last time it was dry and I didn't notice until I was gone, I get there to pick up my pizza and bam! 1st off its not ready and 2nd when it was ready it was dry! The little kid in the register had an attitude when I brought it to his attention and told me he'd get the manager, they remade the pizza and I had to wait 15 more minutes, PLEASE make the pizzas right the 1st time! Thats why we pay for our food

Worst service ever! We did the online app hoping we wouldn 't have to deal with the stupidity of most of the people that work for them. I ordered two sauces to my order got home and they weren 't with my order, so I called in explaining how not cool that it wasn 't w my order. The Customer service rep Jaime Stated Ridley on the phone most customers know to ask us we never put it in with the order. I told him I doesn 't tell me on the app to ask the customer service rep for my sauces and I 'm not most customers is my 1st time because of the lack of customer service I asked him for a refund electronic Li for $2 he said they don 't do that there and I said what how my gonna get back my sauces he said then come in rudely and hung up. When calling back telling him my husband was coming for my sauces I asked his name which was Hi MA and I asked him how rude it was for him to hang up he said no we got disconnected and hung up again. This person should be terminated good luck on getting pizza from this crapy place. My husband just came back with my sauces for the predictable of them not getting away with 2.00, and they said there out of the sauce I wanted the customer service girl was extremely rude to my husband her named was Chelsea. I hope no one goes to this location they don 't deserve jobs!

I had to wait a long time for my pizza—over 40 minutes, in fact.
