They were amazed at the selection of flavours from fresh and fruity to seriously chocolatey via interesting mixes of biscuits and vanilla, or chocolate and hazelnuts, crème caramel, yoghurt, cherry cream, as well as the rather stranger liquorice, bubblegum, Smurf and so forth. The prices are reasonable and the portions more than generous. Some of the party had the sundaes but more of us chose two or more flavours served in a cone or a cup. (Others just had beer! We sat outside and watched the ebb and flow of people along the beach promenade in the sunshine lovely.
Great little cafe across the road from the beach. We visited during the very busy Friday market and was a welcome retreat from the hassle and bustle of the traders. Enjoyed delicious ice cream and sorbets and I can personally recommend the PIneapple sorbet, it's was refreshing! A must to visit!
This is the best bet on the beach for gelato. They make their own have a surprising robust selection. The berry flavors seem to use all fresh berries other natural ingredients. The viola was a real unique change of pace. Also had cotoletta, frites an ice cold beer here. Excellent location on the beach promenade. Open when many other places are closed. Welcoming proprietor.
We returned to twenty-miles (I had been missing for more than years. to make some purchase at the Friday market and to review twenty-mile high and we are pleasantly retaliated to the granite, where we had taken the habit of having lunch in those times now far away and we received a great welcome from the master who remembered perfectly doi despite the so long past! lasagne al ragù, carbonara, cotolette alla milanese con fritatine e ottimo tiramisù: all good and goodbye to our next visit to twentymiglia!
Good people watching for the Friday market opposite, except when the manager for some reason decided to pull down the plastic blinds right in front of us, even though the weather was perfect. OK coffee.
