Dunkin' - Venice

Irritated because I come here every day. Even the like oil on it is like cold. Honestly super gross. Waste of money.

When I drove through the restaurant's drive-thru, the person taking my order seemed very confused, even though my order was simple. I seemed to know more about the menu than he did. They gave me the wrong drink, with the sticker on it showing something different than what I had ordered. My friend had to go in to get a new drink for me, but the staff inside gave him a hard time about it, even insisting that the new drink was "the same," which was clearly not true. Everyone at this location was rude and doubted that I had received the wrong order, despite the obvious mistake on the cup's sticker.

It’s your average Dunkin! They kinda run low on donuts mid afternoon and muffins so have an alternate choice! The parking area is a mess especially in the early morning because it’s tight and the drive through is crazy busy!I avoid it all together to be truthful. The one by Big Lots down north end of Venice is a breeze.

This place is a mess. Disorganized chaos. They screwed up my order yesterday AND today. The little queen with the long “glamour length”, black fingernails served up plenty of bad attitude with my incorrect order… are those nails hygienic? Yuck.They will never get another dollar of my money.

I am disappointed with the Dunkin' Donuts location in my neighborhood. We visit this place frequently, but it is frustrating how often our orders are wrong. It seems like there may be new staff members who need proper training and guidance. As a well-known brand, Dunkin' should not have careless mistakes in their service. Using the same knife for different ingredients is a health risk for customers. While we love Dunkin', we feel that the quality of respect, preparation, and presentation has declined at this location. We will visit a different Dunkin' location in South Trail in Venice in the future. It is unfortunate to see a decline in quality in today's workforce. Dunkin' can do better.
