It seems relevant to me to indicate who is writing the review: a fast food and food industry regular... or a person living in the countryside with his garden, chickens and lambs like me. It is therefore with these last references that I recommend Do Spade. The traditional cuisine is deliciously fragrant, made by cooks who love their art. It must not be easy in a city frequented by more than 20 million visitors who are not always attentive, to maintain this level of quality. The wait to get to the table can be more or less long but that really seems incidental to me. So thanks to Do Spade

Family atmosphere, depending on the mood of the moment! Authentic and spontaneous staff. We were very well received with two grumpy and hungry children. Fast and attentive service, simple and efficient in our language. Each dish was fresh and flavorful with quality ingredients. The plates were generous and we enjoyed ourselves. The best meal we had during our Venetian stay for the best quality/price ratio. You won't be able to please everyone, so continue to be yourself by cooking like at home, we loved it! We will come back with pleasure, thank you for your authenticity.
