フィードバックを提供するGelato everywhere so it’s down to personal choices…. I passed this a few times and noticed queues that stretched long so one evening whilst walking past, there was a handful of people queuing, this was my opportunity to try, I certainly wasn’t disappointed… so much choice… flavours, no of scoops, cup or cone…. In the end I went two scoop cup… option I took was mango…. And pistachio…. Both were creamy in taste, mango had the amazing sweetness of exotic mango.. immensely delicious, the pistachio was on point… great flavour of pistachio and was my favourite… considering it was low 30’s in temperature outside, the gelato wasn’t drip melting…. Definitely good quality gelato… i understand why people queue… they do claws too but I didn’t get a chance to try…
Wonderful fusions, vivid tastes, the ice-cream is veeeeeeeery creamy, as if it contained much fat. We tried gelato at many spots over Italy later to find same good as this one, but it never happened, now i know i found the true gelato at EtaBeta, the gelato tha was once senstional in the history of Italian cusine. But if i missed it here i would've been disappointed, because at other places it was not even close to this one. Especially in Venice, all the gelatoes in the city were very watery, not good at all. One of the ladies who served us in EtaBeta said the owner of this gelateria insists only on natural ingridients with conservants or any additives, and refuses to launch a chain so he can personally control the production and his ice-cream does not lose its quality. By the way, in the evening this place is so much crowded with the locals that you stand in line for many minutes till it's your turn They work till late at night, as long as the people come
I don't remember exactly the name of the sweets I've tried, but I would recommend trying all of them :D Shame its was autumn and the weather was not in favor of trying some ice cream.
