Restaurant at Hotel China Town - Velur

I have eaten many times at this restaurant over the last 5 years. The food has always been very good with a lot of variety. The price is very reasonable.The atmosphere is rather dingy, but, not to the point of ruining the meal. It is in a very convenient location across from CMC.

If you are a foodie and if you visit this restaurant it is right place for you you will get good chinese variety of food , especially soups are good here.

Good food and service. Location is good. Only con is lot of waiting time esp at peak hours. Overall a good experience.

Just opp to CMC out gate, this is the favourite haunt of CMC chaps... The place offers good Chinese food and a decent non veg fare... The process are very competitive, may be coz the students form a major clientele... Tasty and fast.. Must try- fried rice, dragon chicken, soups ....

This is by far one of the better places to indulge in a Chinese gastronomical feast....which to be honest is not only tasty but tastes the same each time you come back for more.You are spoilt for choice from yummy prawns to roast pork to chilli beef to chicken dishes of all types. the even serve a birds nest soup! And there is indian tandoori for the desi boy.whats good about the place is the prices are very reasonable , servings are good sized portions and for under Rs1000 one can easily satisfy a family of 4.However if you are looking for a luxury ambience its not for you....its basic but clean with friendly staff.And yes it does get crowded all lunches and weekends.A must eat place before you leave town
