The location is phenomenal, everything is too well thought out, BUT A BIG MINUS FOR THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE. THERE ARE WEEDS EVERYWHERE, BUCKETS FULL, DOGS WALKING AND JUMPING UP. THE RESTAURANT SECTION THE DOGS ARE SURROUNDING AND RUNNING AROUND THE TABLES. COMMOBARS UNPLEASANT. WE WAITED FOR A TABLE AND THEN TO ORDER. I understand that it is crowded and that they have a lot of work, but if someone approaches and asks if they can sit at a table that is empty because we are with two small children, the answer follows, so the table that is always reserved, sit somewhere else (and there is not a single empty table .
