Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat işletme...sipariş vermek için 20 dakika bekledik 2 kez garsona seslendik sipariş vermek istediğimizi söyledik 'yes 'diye cevap verip arkasını dönüp gitti. Müdüre şikayet edip durumu izah edip , gidiyoruz dediğimizde ise 'ok ' cevabını aldık.

I even ate the worst salat ceaser. After we complained to the waitress that cäsar is terrible, she answered rudely and refused to change the salate. only the limonade was good, and the pizza was in order. but keeping the waiter ruined everything

When my wife and I came past this restaurant in the grand varna mall, we were immediately attracted to his facility and thought it would be a nice place to have a meal. how wrong were we? we showed the waiter a picture of the meal we want to order, and at the time when it was delivered to the table, I went from clean to a bart. the meal was the wrong, not what we ordered and after we paid the bill, we only got 20 lews and not the 24 lews, which was clearly shown on the bill. I then ransacked the young waiter and he gave me the four lew without explanation why he decided to tear us off, or apologise, only a star for this place because they can post this review only after they set at least one star, and because we never set foot again in this restaurant.

Out edamame came with a strange red sauce on it and we returned it for a proper one. After 20 minutes, we gave the same edamame but washed !!! We returned it. All three pizzas we ordered were burnt and dry. Edamame served us, which arrived at the field with a strange red sauce on it and returned it with a request to bring us a normal Edam. After 20 minutes, we served the same Edam, but washed it !!! We got him back. The quality of food and service in this establishment is totally overestimated. Do not visit it! Worst service ever! И трите пици, които поръчахме бяха прегорени и сухи. Сервираха ни Едамаме, което пристигна полято със странен червен сос върху него и го върнахме с молба да ни донесат нормално едамаме. След 20 минути ни сервираха същото едамаме, но измито !!! Върнахме го. Изцяло надценени са качеството на храните и обслужването в това заведение. Не го посещавайте!

Disgusting service, you wait 30 min to get your order. Inflated prices and poor quality of food. Go there 2 times for the first and last time. Отвратително обслужване,чакате 30 мин за да ви вземат поръчката.Надути цени и ниско качество на храната.Ходете там 2 пъти за първи и последен път.
