Bottega Tredici8 - VARESE

We were 5 adults and arrived quite late. The staff was very nice. We had some nice pizzas. Some of them with unusual topings. A nice local pizzaria.

After spending over a week in Italy, we had eaten some exceptional pizza to the point that I had almost begun to take it for granted. Until we went to Tredici8. We were heading out with some friends who had suggested Tredici8, and I'm exceptionally grateful that they did. I can't remember the name of the pizzas we had, but my girlfriend and I shared two authentic Italian pizzas that had us craving more and our friends each had a pizza with a big dollop of burrata in the middle that melted all over their pizza I definitely had food envy. Accompany with a nice bottle of white wine and a delicious (and large Canoli) to make it one of the most memorable meal of our time in Italy!

Not just your typical pizzeria favourites. If you want a change to your typical Margarita or mushroom and ham, then this is the place to go. One of the pizza's I tried had the strange mixture of pistachios, fish, cheese and peculiar berries. It was nice to experience the gastronomical side of pizza. The place itself internally was very modern. On the whole I would recommend this place as something different.
