An interesting menu of fresh, authentic Japanese food with great service from a bilingual staff.
We ordered several of their flagship dishes, including Wagyue-Otoro Bowl, Alaska Salmon Sashimi, etc. Unfortunately, NONE of the sashimi were fresh, and the Wagyu meat was the lowest quality meat I've had. The good dishes were their fried corn, and the sake drinks.
We came here on our vacation. Did not disappoint. Recommend to everyone
