Food: I got a mango smoothie, and the cashier asked me if I wanted to add pearls, too. I said sure. However, despite the hype, the smoothie was lame and pearls were not matching with the smoothie. The Macdonals smoothie just two blocks away is probably tastier and certainly cheaper...I won't go there again.Service and atmosphere: has no seating area, just a window/booth.

Just got mango strawberry and was very happy with the server, thanks for support. Good man.

Drink is good but have to wait in a long line on the weekends.

Little bubble tea window beside Old Navy. The wait can be quite long for a drink but it’s a convenient option if you want bubble tea from a well known chain. The service was nice and I accidentally asked for a drink from an old post I saw on Google but they made it for me anyways. I find drinks like this pricey in general but it’s actually on par with other bubble tea places.

This place gave me a stale milk tea. It tasted as if the tea was sitting in the refrigerator for days and the pearls were tubby and flavourless. My server rushed to hand me the stale drink and provided me with poor customer service deriving the store from a welcoming environment. Would not recommend.
