This area isn't exactly the best -- there was a beggar lady loitering outside for awhile -- but this place stays clean inside and out.

Good food and coffee. Often takes an oddly long time to get what you ordered. Amazing interior and nice little grocery section at the back.

$5 for a ham and cheese croissant seems excessive to me, but my husband thinks its the best thing version he's ever had. I on the other hand tried their butter croissant for $3 and it was just okay. My husband also tried their coffee and said it was just okay.Loved the look of the place though - clean, contemporary and modern.The little storefront at the back had a nice selection of curated specialty items.
