Horrible treatment i got at the front cash area where you order . Grumpy owner they never smile or are friendly quite rude actually . One would think that after three years of covid lockdown customer service would be at its top best . I had a horrible experience there got zero apology too to make things right . Family and friends are coming from out of town this summer i would have brought them there unfortunately they’ve lost me as a customer for life . Never stepping foot in there ever again . The food is okay and the waitresses are okay sort of friendly two of them there are really nice .

Hair in my coffee and avocado was black. Very corrupt place and disrespectful. They treat service based on how you look, servers are paid minimum wage and are abused by staff when everything is overpriced Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch

Owner and staff are friendly professional. The best espresso I’ve found in vancouver. Delicious lunch options and European vibe. Staff from all over the world. Serbia, Italy, Spain, Costa Rica, Britain. Eclectic furniture and art. A Kitsilano jewel!

I love this place. European, casual but classy vibe. Being celiac I love gf options they offer. GF sandwiches and paninis are divine. Their home made soups are also gf as well as blueberry muffins. If I say one of the owners is Italian . that should tell you all about their coffees. Have been coming to this place over and over. Special treat are their evenings with live music.
