Wendy's - Vancouver

The general manager is an absolutely lovely person—sweet, attentive, and truly supportive of her staff. It was a breath of fresh air to witness her in action. Plus, she treated me exceptionally well during my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was served warm and had a perfect balance of flavors; nothing was overdone or lacking. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve never had any problems at this location on 162nd. Thank you for having such an amazing team! My orders are usually simple, but even when they’ve been more complicated, I’ve always received everything I asked for. And best of all, I enjoy a lot of fresh brewed tea, and they always have it ready here. Thank you!

4 Stars. Fast food isn't just about being 'fast'; even with processed ingredients, knowing how to cook and serve properly is essential. The employees were friendly, and I appreciated the QR code on the self-serve drink station. However, there were quite a few flies buzzing around. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it's not pleasant to have flies around while eating in the lobby. Please address this problem. EDIT: Thank you for taking care of the fly issue! I’m happy to give 5 stars now.
