The co-owners are super sweet and I love that that they source their ingredients locally and can make most of their items vegetarian. My favorite item is their fantuan (rice roll) that has pickled vegetables, veggie floss, purple rice and other stuff inside. My partner who is not Taiwanese, loves it too. I also love their dan bing (savory egg crepe with sprouts), which comes in a large portion and feeds 2 people.I recently tried their food from the lunar new year pop up last weekend and it was amazing and reminds me of food from home!!! I got almost all their vegetarian items just to try it out and everything was super delicious!Vegetarian options: Almost every single item can be made vegetarian and they're all delicious! So far, I've tried their vegetarian fan tuan (rice roll), congee, bento box, dan bing (savory egg crepe), zhongzi (leaf wrapped rice with stuff inside) and 4 of their lunar new year pop up dishes
Small Eats makes amazing Taiwanese inspired dishes. Our favorites are the dan bing, chocolate bao, and the bentos. They use locally grown farm ingredients and definitely have a taste for quality! Highly recommend!!!
Wanted to like but the winter melon soup had no flavor and the bao was undercooked and not even as good as any other place, least of all amazing. And prices were outrageous. 18 for the bao and 10 for the soup that came in a cup size.

Everything we've tried here has been delicious and quality! And there are great vegetarian options. My favorites are the Dan Bing, dumplings, and sticky rice...maybe everything?
