The Burger King at this location has exceptional service at the drive-thru window thanks to an employee named Karmela. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and cheerful. Her customer service skills are unmatched in the fast food industry. I hope Burger King recognizes her talents and keeps her on staff. She truly is the Burger Queen! I give her a perfect 10/10 rating for her service.

I had a mix-up with my sandwiches at this restaurant, but they fixed them and even apologized. It's worth noting that there was no issue with the taste of the food - it was very hot when it came out and the corrected order was well-prepared.
