Little Caesars Pizza - Van Wert

Got 3 pizzas and crust was very hard. It's usually good but they must of had a off day yesterday.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. I ordered a special pizza so I had to wait 15 minutes. It was very very good. Much better experience from what i had in the past. Last time was a couple years ago.

Just got food poisoning from the wings. Yes you can't beat the price but u can beat from being sick. Never again will I order from here. Poor food and customer service

Have to change my review down. On Saturday, I was tired and decided not to cook. It was also cold so I didn't want to go out. I decided, therefore to order some pizza thru the Little Caesars App. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and some buffalo wings. Some time later I get a call from a lady, who i assume is the store manager, asking if i was going to pick up my order. I was confused, and i asked, wait my order is for delivery. I was responded, oh i didn't know. How can you not know what kind of order i placed? I was told to come pick up the order because they were closing early. Wait? How can you just decide to close early? I also paid a delivery fee and tip? So i go and drive to pick it up. Its cold, and i am upset because i just got charged for delivery and I am the one inconvenienced to go pick it up. So i go in and i ask for my moneyback, i am told i need to call doordash. Doordash? I used the Little Caesar's app?!?! So i found out they use doordash. I get my food and walk out. I get home and i get texted by the doordash driver. Saying he just got there and the store was closed? Wait a second? They didn't cancel him? So you are saying you made this guy drive to the store and he wont get paid for his service? Wow!!!! That really pissed me off. You do not do something like that. So after dinner, i call doordash to get my money back and its take 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Thanks for inconveniencing me further! Yeah... the events of this night is the definition of bad service. Apparently someone wanted to go trick or treating around town. Also found out that there is no way to complain to Little Caesars corporate. Their customer service phone number doesn't work... and their customer survey requires you input their store's zip code and it doesn't find the store. This is ridiculous!
