Wendy's - Van Nuys

The food from Wendy’s was quite good. The Frosty was outstanding, and the fries and nuggets were decent. However, they only included honey mustard and none of the other condiments I asked for. Additionally, be prepared for longer wait times than estimated, as there always seems to be an absurdly long line at this drive-thru.

These triple sandwiches have the same great taste as Wendy's did in the good old days when Dave was still around. The DoorDasher provided excellent service as well.

I didn’t receive my burger, but honestly, that’s not surprising. It's been a frequent issue with DoorDash leaving items out. The food was good regardless. I didn’t even bother reporting it this time since it seems to happen so often now; I just thought it wasn’t worth the effort.

I ordered a medium Sprite and the drink I received is this concerning yellowish color and has a weird smell. this is unacceptable and honestly offputting.

Everything was excellent excellent customer service!
