KFC - Van Nuys

I needed to have have Kentucky fried chicken it6good food.

I don't know whether ldk the chickens are on steroids or not but the size of their their chicken are very small

Consistency has always been KFC'S problem. Today, I got great chicken. My problem is the inability to read orders. Five times I have ordered mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY and I had GRAVY in my delivery. It's a simple thing that takes seconds to do. If this was a one time thing, I wouldn't be comments...BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?!?? KFC needs to step up their game in terms of following delivery orders. Or else, Popeye's here I come..

Today I went to order through drive thru we had an amazing experience the manager and all the workers that were there worked together as a team and they provided a fast friendly experience didn?t last not even one minute and they provided my order quickly.The cook also did an amazing job they delivered a fresh great meal to us this will keep me coming it really shows when they have An amazing team leader that is doing their job and going above and beyond for the company I feel strongly the need to say that they need to be rewarded for such an outstanding job they are doing representing KFC? blessings I couldn?t get everyone?s names but I believe on the receipt it says cashier Rolmin or Rolman

These beautiful young men and woman are so genuinely service oriented. Be kind and patient to all laboring young ones.
