Tonya is very rude and unprofessional to those she works with. I would never work for someone that treats the workers the way she does. She needs to be retrained and honest i have started leaving when i see her because of how rude she is. The young lady that is usually there in evenings is so nice and is always by herself even though it is super busy alot. Wish she was all i ever had to deal with. There is a guy there that always acts like a manger but he needs to be retrained and maybe by someone other than Tonya. However he is hardly ever there so more than likely if you are not a regular you will never see him.
They say it takes 3 minutes per sandwich. I make on online order for 3 sandwiches. that is 9 minutes. I go to the window and she is very snarky about me being there “early” and says “yeah not till 12:50”. that is 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I do not have all day just because you want to be stubborn about the time on the app. If a sandwhich cannot be made in the time it says you make to take one, maybe pick up the pace! And by the time i get my sandwhich it’s ALWAYS incorrect and they have 1 of each thing in there. The lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional with how she served me. I would like this handled so another customer is not treated poorly by her.
The server was either untrained or unprepared, and he was the only person working. I paid $32 for 2 foot long sandwiches without drinks or chips. It was the worst Subway experience of my life.
Man named Davin was trying to make a sandwich with dirty gloves that he was touching money with and I had to ask him to change them or he wouldn’t have before touching out food. Such a health hazard
