Daily Bread - Van Buren

We absolutely love Daily Bread! amazing food. just wish they were open later on weekdays

Came here to grab lunch. Even though they were super busy. The cashier never faltered on his customer service. Always kept a smile on his face as he’s running in and out the kitchen grabbing orders and attending customers at the front. Props to Taylor, you are doing an awesome job.

So, have been here a few times for breakfast and was always good. So picked up lunch to go and was sorely disappointed. My rating is based on overall when including prior visits or this would be a 2. Ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with side of fries today. Asked for onion, which I got. However, the toasted bread I did not get as ordered. Further, they are being chintzy with ingredients. One slice of bacon. It is not even the like thick cut kind. Too much lettuce for 2 tiny slices of avacodo. And to top it off a HALF slice of provolone. Can't even use a whole slice of cheese for a sandwich? See pics. Also be warned they didn't tell me no condiments on sandwich and it was not posted. Luckily I had a package of mayo I could use at desk otherwise would have been super dry. The fries were decent and had nice seasoning. Do better Daily Bread.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and a quesadilla with a side of chips and potato salad, the only thing that was good was the chips. The place had a lot potential but poor quality ingredients left us unimpressed.

Don't know why you're called a bakery. No baked goods that I could see. Sandwich shop would be more like what you are.
