Absolutely phenomenal experience at Coldstone! TK, Syme, AL, and Mandy truly set the bar for exceptional service and hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Not only did they create the most delicious ice cream treats, but they also made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Five stars all around for the fantastic team at Coldstone! We'll definitely be back for more delightful treats and top-notch service.

Great ice cream, fast attentive service, smells like milk. Like…dairy on heavy. Not sure why or if that’s a normal coldstone smell because I’ve never been to one before this, but I’ve never walked into an ice cream shop and looked for the cow. I accept that I could be the weird one, but it was unusually milk smelling upon entry. Maybe something spilled and didn’t get fully mopped for a few hours
