Cold Stone Creamery - Valley Stream

Had the most delicious ice cream today! Was served by Jade and received the most patient, professional and kind service and will definitely return!! Unlike last time I went in where two young ladies barely looked as if they wanted to do their jobs and stood there talking..

I don't think they're very sanitary at this location. the last time i went here I saw fruit flies behind the counter, and there was a foul odor in the store as well. i've ordered one time from Uber from this location, and did not receive all the toppings I wanted and paid for. the young ladies spend more time with their airpods in talking on the phone while making the icecream than paying attention to who they are serving (which i find to be really unprofessional). every time it's the same young lady. i'm unsure because i think there might be twins. the managers of this location need to do a better job of training these young ladies. the customer service is horrendous here. i guess the manager is paying people to write these positive reviews. won't be coming back. i've tried many times.

Rude employees. Would not recommend it unless you are looking for a Karen's Diner without the fun part of it. Would have given fewer stars if I could!!!! And let me not get started on hygiene because.....

They always manage to mess something up. they messed up my girlfriends cake a little while ago. the store overall just looks dingy and run down to be honest. the rum and raisin icecream has no raisins. I wonder what they are using to clean their utensils as well ! I go to ALDIs and shop which is right across from this store and I?ve seen workers in there buying a full cart of milk on two different occasions. why doesn?t the owner or manager take care of something like that? The ice-cream is alright. A small cup isn?t worth eight dollars though.

I always receive excellent service at this location. They mix the add-ons into my ice cream perfectly! My favorite location!
