If you are looking for the town drunk drama club this is the place to be. Very cramped even when the place is empty, dirty and musty with really bad bartenders.
I visited Valley City for a few days and I had a great time at Boomer's. Great bar.
Needs an update badly with less business happening and some of the bartenders are too drunk to work correctly and end up having tantrums in their drunken state....
