Rubio's Coastal Grill - Vallejo

The food at this restaurant is not only delightful but also healthy. I ordered the steak cheese chimichanga, which was accompanied by chips, guacamole, and sour cream. It was so fresh that it was still warm when it arrived. Plus, if you encounter any issues, the staff is quick to resolve them. However, be prepared for a bustling atmosphere, especially on Fridays!

Excellent location with plenty of parking available. The food was outstanding, just like always. The staff were extremely friendly, and the restrooms were very clean. Plus, they now have cauliflower on the menu!

I like Rubio for lunch. The food Guacamole always tastes fresh. The shrimp tacos, burritos and chicken taquitos are my walk to menu items.

Our first time at the Vallejo location. Employees were friendly but the orders took a while. The salsa bar was stocked well at all. We had to wipe down our own table and the place wasn't as clean as it should have been. They need to make sure they have enough employees scheduled. Won't be going back.

We had to eat outside due to covid, but we had to clean our table before we could even sit down after we ordered. The cashier told us only bottled drinks were available (again, covid shut down self serve soda machine), but we saw someone with tea, which the cashier failed to mention! After 30 minutes, the guy brought our food, but they were not marked which one was which. When I asked him, he had no idea. So we had to unwrap one of the burritos to identify it's contents. I also had to go back inside to get napkins because he didn't bring any with the food and there were no napkin dispensers. The food was good but the service and cleaning the tables needs work! It will be a while before I go back to the Vallejo Rubios.
