Cafeteria Marfil - Valladolid

Terrible food and very rude staff. I asked for a bocadillo of potato omelette and my chaperone a pincho of potato omelette. The egg of the omelette was completely raw. When the waiter gave me. I asked if it was some sauce because that it is the only one explanation for the dripping egg. When he said no, he asked me if I would like to be hit again, and I said yes please. The waiter brought the food again, but was still the raw egg. I went inside to ask explain so kindly I can not eat raw egg since I am pregnant. The lady was so rude and she said I am the only one woman who does not ask if the eggs are not pasteurized eggs and I would not like to pay for it, also, she said they make the omelette because the omelette will be there for hours and it would get dry. She also said and you will not want to pay What can I do with it throw to the bin? Normally, all the coffee shops and restaurant are the one who ask to the customer if the have allergies and intolerance and the I had never been in a place where you have to mention that I want an omelette well done, only steaks have to mention how you want the meat. I sat without eating anything and my chaperone was trying to eat the raw omelette till decided go inside to complain. I sat sitting outside and that woman came so aggressive calling me liar and insulting me, She said she said, what she was rude for saying the true . What trues? I do not have to ask for an omelette well done because in all restaurants they know how important is the egg to be well cooked and she should have offered me of cook it more or an alternative. Instead, I was insulted for no reasons. I do not if that woman has mental issues but that is not the way to treat the customer my chaperone paid we left. I have never seen such a customer service in any country or city. The worst experience in my whole life.

This coffee store/bar is close to the train station. The owner is really nice and attentive; he is really professional. I had Spanish omelette and was really good.

We have visited for lunch and dinner, food is lovely The lamb is delicious as well as steak meal, inexpensive also.
