フィードバックを提供するSo appalled at the service that was received today. a tomato mozzarella sandwich waiting for 20 minutes, approached the counter to ask where was eating. the server (short-brown hair) was careless. she concerned that we did not know that we did not know how to use the summer; that never cuffs. she didn't say someone had to pick it up. then she went away without offering a solution. Finally, she offered to make another sandwich. When that sandwich came, we politely remembered it was to go. she was acting as if she was a beacon. she never apologised for the mistake and ignored us when she gave the order. she didn't give us any cute or asked if we needed anything. Although she was busy for us, she had time to talk to her employees about her day. Well, we messed up the day. terrible service and mediocre eating
We came here at least once a week. the last visit was very disappointing. they do not use any more dishes, everything is served in styrofoam retainers. the panini was wrapped in tin foil. every thing was lukewarm I felt like a cooktop that eats in a suppen kitchen. that was my last visit. the prices do not correspond to the experience. I wouldn't give a star, but I have to give at least one.
One of my favorite places to get a bite. the menu has something for everyone. the derée are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. I had breakfast here, lunch and dinner in the evening and was never disappointed. they have changed something to keep people safe since the kovid, but it does not affect the dinning experience. the desert is soouu yummy.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the counter, Jeanette, was very rude. She acted visibly annoyed when we placed our usual order. When I inquired about our cup at the end of our meal, she simply walked away without responding. Additionally, the interior fan was covered in dust, which was quite unappetizing. I won’t be returning.
I cannot recommend this café. The food is served cold, and the kitchen staff does not adhere to basic sanitation and safety standards. Both the employees and management are disrespectful and dismissive of any concerns regarding the issues they've caused in the establishment. Additionally, there is a complete lack of distancing between patrons.
