Baja Fresh - Valencia

I ordered for delivery, but the items I requested were missing, including the cilantro. However, the food was delicious. Overall, I feel I didn’t receive everything I paid for.

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. As always, the food was excellent. They offer outdoor seating with sturdy metal tables. I highly recommend the Mango Salsa—don’t forget to order the chips; they are fresh and perfectly salty!

The food was excellent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The older man serving the food was downright rude. When I placed my order and mentioned the sauces I wanted, he initially responded nicely, but then another impolite employee told me that I was only allowed two sauces per burrito. When I asked if I had to pay extra for more sauces or how I could get additional ones, he just said he was stating the rules. I was too hungry to argue with the old bald man, so I decided to walk away. The food was great, but the attitude of the staff made me think twice about returning.

The food here was good and reasonably priced. The customer service could?ve been a lot better and nicer though.

We've visited Baja Fresh for years. You have great chips and high-quality food. Until recently, their salsa bar was unsurpassed, but with Kovid there was no self-service. They always introduce new specials, and we love their Carnitas Burritos. The only negative I can think of is that they tend to overcook their meat, but they will cook to order if you give them certain instructions.
