El Miracle - Valencia

Super tasty and a great place to take their non-gf challenged friends (I was the only person of our table for the required gf) because nothing is missing. if they need it, they have an English/French menu in addition to their regular Spanish, and all allergens are listed. they also have vegan options.

Everything is gluten-free. we were happy to have found this place, as our sohn zöliakie and a quite picky eater is. but he enjoyed his burger here very much. other dishes were also really good. we will definitely go back during our stay in valencia.

That was great. everything on the menu is gluten-free. but they also have normal beer so sure to order beer sin gluten.

Really great place and yes it is 100% gf. the personal is excellent, the decor is beautiful, weincard is also great. eating is very good, very fresh, and I'm sure I'm back. it's nice to have a carefree trip; I had better GF food on just a few others. a first-class experience.

Best GF restaurant in Valencia. The menu is 100% gluten free. They are several options: veggie, vegan, fish, chicken, beef, etc. They offer desserts. The staff is super kind. It is great to be in a place where you don't have to worry about cross contamination.
