Always just really delicious homestyle food. And good milkshakes. And pleasant, friendly service. Not the fastest but that also ensures the more fresh, home-cooked taste since it's all done to order. And very well-priced. I always seem to get the special for dinner, usually get the cup of soup to start (really good soups), and I am never disappointed. My husband loves the hamburger steak dinner. Always a treat to eat there :D

This is the real deal. It's a Truck stop in the Rockies with good, homestyle cooking. All day breakfast was great. I asked for eggs poached medium and they were done perfectly the first time here,.I had the special the second time. The special came with the best turkey barley soup I've ever had,. The vegetables were overcooked, just like Mom used to make, which made me feel right at home, and for dessert--strawberry jello. Surprisingly good. Prices are reasonable. Nothing fancy here. But a good place to stop when you're on the road. The food is real, honest, without pretension, and is it ever a great place to stop after coming out of the beautiful BC backcountry.

Amazing food, the Benedict had eggs, but the rest of our party all enjoyed it. Very good service!

Had the breakfast special and was impressed by the portion size for the price. Eggs were cooked to perfection and service was fantastic. Recommend her home made Hash Browns.

Great, rustic, outdated restaurant that surprised us how busy it was. The restaurant is actually for sale, so we didn't know what to expect, but we were hungry and it was open. We ordered bacon and eggs with fried potatoes and a cup of coffee. The food was hot, well presented and especially delicious! The service was a little slow, but in view of the packed room it was understandable. The two women, seniors, employees were probably sisters, one on the floor and the other of the chef. They seemed to enjoy what they did. The price was very reasonable and we left with a full stomach and a smile on our faces! Can't speak for one of the other menu items, as we just walk back from vacation. However, I was trying to taste the homemade apple cake, and although I did not, I hope that if the restaurant remains open, I will have a chance to give it in the near future.
