Krystal - Valdosta

The cash register looked like she just rolled out of the bed, I asked her if she didn't want to be there today, because she didn't talk to me and I pushed a hell out of her. I had a chicken sandwich and a small crystal the chicken sandwich tasted like fish from some ground and it was not very good. the manager was very pleasant and apologise to me and got me another crystal.

Food was horrible! Absolutely horrible. You can tell they just rewarm the food. They made us sit for 15 minutes for reheated food. The chicken had “ white spots” on them as well. Girl in drive thru wasn’t friendly, no hospitality at all! there were moments where she tried to push herself to be friendly (because we were overly friendly to her) but she failed. Some people are not made to work with the public…she’s more fitting for a factor job. Customer service, 1, maybe 2 stars, food, zero (0) stars!

I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is the worst. When I first walked in it smelled like a sewer. Then I went to the counter and was ignored for too long. When the staff finally acknowledged I was there she was not very friendly. Then the food was prepared with as much care as the counter service. If you pull off 75 please for your sake turn around and get back on the hwy.

Stopped by at about 7:45 p.m. today. Had a short break for lunch. Attending person took my order snd then asked me to pull up. Usually that means food is being freshly prepared. When I opened my food about five minutes later it was all ice cold and inedible. I had to th.row it all away. What a rotten experience and now I must continue working hungry.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up an order of Krystal burgers. Had me pull to side while I watched you serve 6 cars after me, then had me pull around to serve two more people before me. Wouldn't be a big deal if it were for me, but it was being delivered and it cost me a lot of time which is all I have in this job. Lobby was closed, no way it should take a half hour for 12 mini Krystal burgers. The drive-thru lady even raised her voice to me saying how busy they were... can't be that busy.. only 3 cars fit in the drive thru lane at a time and lobby was closed. Maybe they just need more staff would be my only guess?
