We have eaten at many excellent restaurants on this trip to Provence, but my husband and I agreed that the meal here was one of the best we have had. Everything about the evening was delightful. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable. It is a small restaurant so it is best to make reservations ahead.

This was a great place to have a nice dinner Vaison la Romaine. The food was innovative and delicious. The 3 course menu was a good value as well. We enjoyed the pork dish the most, and wanted to go back the next day for more, but they were all booked. Make a reservation! The desserts were some of the best I have ever had, and I am glad they give you a little of each and don't make you chose just one! There was just one small problem with the first course, a couple of big shell pieces in the muscles! My husband almost busted his tooth, so that sort of put a damper on an otherwise perfect meal. Be careful!Service was very pleasant but slow even for France. Over 30 minutes for them to come back and run our credit card after getting the bill. We wish we would have at least been offered one more drink while we waited! So go in expecting to take your time, it will be worth it.
