フィードバックを提供するCame to this hotel on a work retreat with a large group. Received overpriced mediocre food through in room dining and food poisoning within 2 days of staying here. Do not recommend at all. In room dining was a disappointment. Pizza looked and tasted as if it were frozen, salmon was severely underwhelming, pasta was bland and crunchy, the burger tasted like freezer burn. The bill did not at all reflect the quality of the food. The salmon was laughable. $45 but looked and tasted more like $15. There was a burnt lemon served with it, and then the piece of unseasoned, chewy salmon. That 's it, no sides. Pizza crust was clearly pre-made and probably frozen. Margherita pizza was a joke. The morning of March 14, I went downstairs to order two green juices (one for me and my colleague and lattes for the team. Within 2 hours of my green juice, I began to feel nauseous. One smell of food and I was puking (as well as .. on and off for 3-4 hours. The same colleague that ordered the green juice came quickly after. This was the only thing we had put in our bodies, since it was morning. Not sure if the fruits/veggies were bad or they weren 't rinsed well, but we for sure got food poisoning from these drinks. No other food was had this morning. I called the hotel (we 're guests here and no solutions were offered, no apologies, no compping. I got one call from security asking for more information to investigate Useless and disappointing.
This was likely the best meal I've had in years. Javier was exceptional with the pacing of the courses and his engaging conversation at the table. The food exceeded all my expectations, and I truly have no complaints. The staff was incredibly attentive and considerate, to the extent that we felt as if we were the only guests in the restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of the Four Seasons restaurant in Denver, but this one is outstanding. Expect to spend over $100 per person.
On a positive note, the ambiance was lovely. It leans more towards the upscale side, yet guests ranged from dressed-up to casual. The overall atmosphere felt warm and homey, with a ranch-like vibe. As for the food: - **Salmon (2/5)**: I prefer my food hot or at least warm, but my salmon was more on the cold side. The temperature was unappetizing, although I did enjoy the perfectly crispy skin. - **Bison Bone-in Ribeye (5/5)**: We ordered our steak medium-well, and it was cooked to perfection. It was well-seasoned, and I truly savored every bite. - **Whipped Yukon Potatoes (3/5)**: The texture was spot on—thick and creamy—but the flavor definitely left something to be desired. They could use a lot more seasoning. - **Brussels Sprouts (3/5)**: They were a bit charred, and instead of being crispy, they ended up more chewy. I wish they had a better crunch. - **Carrot Cake (2/5)**: There was nothing special about it. The white chocolate coating had a nice texture, but the cake itself lacked flavor. Overall, I don’t think I would return to this restaurant.
We visited for a date night and had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and our food was of high quality and expertly prepared. The wine list was extensive, and the servers were very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and romantic. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
