Bistro Fourteen - Vail

I've been in Vail for a while, and if people aren't skiing, they often take the gondola up here to eat. The views are absolutely stunning. While I understand that prices are higher due to the logistics of getting everything to the mountain, I feel that the prices here are still quite steep, even for a mountain location. That said, the service is excellent, and the food is very good, making this place a must-visit for anyone in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice restaurant on a mountain. we expected it to be more of a novelty than a well maintained fine dining room secret! the rocky mountain forelle was excellent and excellently prepared. the service was impeccable. highly recommended.

Desserts were wonderful , beautiful views! Waitress was a measure to talk to. (Molly)

Perfect during a day on the slopes. Good food, great service, fair price...

Great service and great food. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to turn up the heat a little. The men seemed comfortable, but the ladies we’re putting on their jackets. It seemed colder the closer you got to the windows. Excellent Dinner! I plan on going back on my next trip to Vail.
