I went to eat in the oven several times. wonderful place, friendly staff. good food, but too poor dishes. and it is not a matter of price, I am willing to pay more food quality. But you're ravioli a little more than a stamp, I feel very few. the pappardelle were not, not abundant, but not even close to a normal portion. and the stuffed rabbit was a poor cylindrical. Good wine paper. But now, after my fourth experience in the oven, I decided I won't come back. I want to repeat that the quality of food is good. but I don't want to go home with hunger

The structure is wonderful and reflects the style and setting of the Tuscan farmhouse, enriched with style and beauty in every detail. the outdoor pool is an added value that makes everything even more spectacular. We booked for a dinner. to analyze the menu the dishes are really great and definitely something that in the area you can not easily find in other places. all the dishes are made with organic raw materials and the territory since the structure also manages an estate of hectares with cultivations and game; of course all this feels in every dish and flow. spectacular, sublimates I would say. the sweets! in the end it is an experience you do.. not a simple dinner. really a lovely place with high level dishes both for combinations of ingredients and for quality. definitely as soon as possible we will come back very gladly!

Dato che ho prenotato in struttura per due notti, la prima sera ho apprezzato una grande degustazione di vino, la seconda in Anno nuovo è stato fornito un menu fisso molto eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cantina molto interessante. Il personale è favoloso, dal proprietario Guido (si vede che ama il suo lavoro) ai camerieri. Tutti i ristoranti dovrebbero essere così. Si sente davvero un clima piacevole. Ho una bella memoria, tornerò sicuramente

Ho soggiornato nel weekend di Capodanno e mi sento più che soddisfatto. Bella e molto intima struttura. La camera trattata in dettaglio, molto pulita e confortevole. Hanno ricevuto senza problemi il mio cane e senza richiedere integratori (non è scontato). Abbiamo sperimentato l'esclusivo servizio spa che consiglio vivamente per un momento di relax. Ottima e fantasiosa cucina, assolutamente da provare. L'esperienza più emozionante è stata la cena con i sommeliers con l'obiettivo di abbinare vino e cibo. Il signor Guido ci ha insegnato in 3h in più di quanto avessimo imparato in anni di degustazione e visite in cantina. Se vai in questa struttura non puoi perdere questa meravigliosa esperienza. Un altro punto a favore è la stazione di ricarica del veicolo elettrico 22kw nella forcella proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Saluti al signor Guido, a tutta la proprietà e il personale che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo presto.
