Roline's - Vacaville

Roline 's Uniquely Filipino is unique that it is a one-stop-shop that provides authentic dine in Filipino dishes, catering services, shipping freight to the Philippines, while the place functions as an Asian grocer. The food selections are great. I recommend finishing up your meal with their dessert called ' halo- halo ' Another attribute that makes this place unique are the staff that exemplifies a true Filipino hospitality. They are always warm, friendly, and they care genuinely about their customers. I will go out of my way to comeback to this place.

We visited Roline last Sunday morning at random which was recommended by our companion because we have been craving for rice, dinuguan and halo halo. The place was so homey. The food and the atmosphere brought us back to our 'hometown '. In short, it tastes homemade (not commercialized). We met the owner and her children. The service is excellent. They went a long way. They don 't serve coffee but they made coffee for us. They have answered our craving for that. It was my birthday the day before and when they were informed about it, the halo halo was on them. Thank you Roline, you are indeed 'Filipino Enough ' with the food you served not too salty, not too oily, just the right amount of preparation. The dinuguan is super talaga!. The halo halo is very tasty and a work of art. But the best of all was the 'welcome ' we received from everyone when we entered and when we met the Chef and the owner of the place. For a few minutes it seems that we have met a long time ago. A little bit more and we would have found out we are relatives hahaha. What I like about the Chef is her authentic desire to really be authentically Pinoy in her cooking. My daughter and her gf have been telling me about this place everyday! So we took my mom there! The atmosphere was cute and the people that were there were so friendly and sincere! They treated you like family! The Food was delicious! Very authentic and fresh! We were so impressed, even my mom was impressed! That's hard to do. Pork Adobo, Sinigang, Kare Kare all taste like home cooking!!! We came back in the afternoon for dessert!!!! Halo Halo, Turon and a new thing I have never had Uberon. All of it was scrumptious!!!! They welcomed us back with open arms and remembered us from earlier in the day! For anyone that wants a home cooked Filipino meal, this is the place to be! Maraming Salamat!!!!!

Im definitely coming back just because of good food and Halo Halo!! Everything tasted just like i wanted it. Roline's is THE place to go!!
