They put way too much whipped cream on my shake to the point it was 4 inches above the top of the cup. Fries were cold.

Everything that they could have gotten wrong with our order, they did. With 3 small kids we did have a complex order. That being said Mari took our order correctly and the receipt listed out all the items and special requests properly. She deservesspecial credit for getting our complex order entered correctly. Whoever was on the line and got that receipt though, completelyignored it. We ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers; 1 with extra pickles, and one with no pickles. Both arrived with the normalamount of pickles. We ordered a burrito without any spicy sauce on it. It arrived with spicy sauce on it. We ordered achicken sandwich without cheese on it. It came with cheese. We ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. It came without bacon.

When someone orders a chicken sandwich with extra tomato and you charge them for it maybe put more than 1 slice I sandwich. Look at your photos JACK they show 2 or more slices yet only one in sandwich. FALSE ADVERTISING MUCH

Usually my boyfriend and I come here and receive excellent service but tonight they said their Apple Pay was down and declined my card that I?ve been using all night (it works), then we ended up getting the wrong order and had to come all the way back andwait in line to have our order remade. We got our bag of food and it was once again missing the value fry we ordered, causing usto have to wait even longer. They also asked for the other food back and offered no comp for our inconvenience after 1:30am. Myboyfriend has an early shift at work and we were hoping to have a fast experience so we could get home and get rest after ameal. Hopefully this doesn?t become a habit at this location.

Clean and staff were extremely nice. Substituted my original patty for a hashbrown on my #1 sandwich as suggested and was pleased with the taste. Always shoot for curly vs regular fries.
