Bitchin Bbq - Uxbridge

STAY AWAY. I had my wedding catered by them. Food was so-so (they pulled a bait and switch on us with the food we taste-tested prior to our wedding) and their truck left a huge oil stain on my parent's driveway. The staff was friendly enough to me the day-of, but were indifferent to my husband and the owner was inexcusably rude to my mom when she inquired as to how they planned to rectify the property damage.

They just did my daughters graduation party and the staff and food were totally amazing!!!!! I would Definitely recommend them for any upcoming event!

I have no idea why the majority of these reviews are negative. We had such an amazing experience with Dave his team at BitChin. Not only was Dave so easy to communicate with respond to me within minutes via email/txt at all times, but his staff was so professional. When we found him online, we called had some questions about what we wanted for food. We had a BaByQ for 130 people in Charlton, MA. He adjusted the menu for us giving us so many different options prices. We had burgers, hotdogs chicken for meats. EVERYTHING WAS EATEN. The burgers were beyond juicy, the hot dogs were real if you know what I mean, the chicken was so flavorful with a variety of thighs, breasts and drums. For sides we had potato salad, house salad, macaroni cheese chips. The macaroni cheese was literally the cheesiest I 've ever had. People were up getting 3rds! I asked for the food to be served at 1:30p, it was served at hat exact time with all the condiments tableware. There wasn 't much left at 2:30p.... maybe some salad. They also refilled everything as needed throughout.. you know kept looking to make sure nothing was ever low. I would 1000000% recommend BitChin we will use them again.

Had food at the fireworks in Uxbridge that made me sick. The staff did not seem knowledgeable on the ingredients of menu items. I suppose that was to be expected because they were probably just helping for the busy event.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE AS A CATERER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! I hired them to do a pig roast for my husband 's 50th birthday and they were totally negligent and completely put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun celebration. Two weeks before the party, the owner Dave called me disgusting names over a mistake that my credit card company made with my deposit. He never allowed me to explain the mistake to him or rectify it before he emailed me erratically calling me the C word and telling me that he wanted to shove the pig up by a . He offered me 10% and apologized for his unprofessionalism but it didn 't make me feel any better about being spoken to in such a disgusting and misogynistic way. Much to my dismay, I accepted his 10% bc the party was two weeks away and I could not find a substitute caterer. If this is not enough, on the night of the party the person that manned the grill made a huge mistake by lighting the grill while the hoods were closed (propane grilling 101) and when he opened the hood, a big ball of flame shot out right at one of my close guests burning her hair, eyelashes and eye balls. She spent a few hours in the emergency room that night then followed up with her eye doctor the next day. We still aren 't sure if she has any permanent eye damage. I emailed the owner explaining all that had occurred and asked that he get back to me with a plan to rectify the entire situation and I wasn 't surprised to have my email ignored. Clearly he has zero integrity. Oh and by the way, the food was average at best. Consider yourselves warned.
