Sunrise - Uvalde

When I visit Uvalde it is one of my favorite places for lunch! Love the daily lunch specials which include a tea and nice portions. Love their potato salad and brisket. Enjoy the dessert that is given on certain days.

A local favourite for breakfast and lunch. My chicken roasted steak was big and delicious. Fresh cold side salad was on the spot. Fast and friendly service treat you like family.

Great Lunch !! Hamburger was tasty with very fresh ingredients on a slightly toasted bun. Onion rings were lightly dipped and fried delicious. French Fries are thick crinkle cut, nice crisp outside but soft inside. Chicken Fried Steak was fork tender with a light crispy batter and cream gravy, very tasty !!

Each meal comes with tea and a dessert. The Fish and Shrimp Combo is the highlight, with no other menu options available, but you can choose coleslaw and fries as sides. The prices are quite reasonable, and the food is excellent. My parents really enjoy dining here, so I’m giving it 5 stars for them!
