Jack In The Box - Uvalde

There was a VERY nice young lady at the drive thru window... I should have gotten her name. She was absolutely , hands down , the kindest , most polite person . I got chicken nuggies for my pups and a croissant sandwich for my momma. Food was hot , standard JITB. But I will go back. Because the service was like no other. Thank you for making my day brighter young lady!!

It was good. They were just out of the regular 2 taco special. So I got the monster tacos instead.

The food I ordered was over cooked and a little hard to eat. Left there and went to Wendy'

Set a mobile order for 3 items and a drink 30 minutes before I arrived, they started making my order when I got there and forgot 2 of the items and tried to send me on my way. Got home with the food and they didn’t even put toppings on my loaded hotdog and I asked for sprite and got diet Fanta. I place orders ahead of time to make it easier on staff so they can make sure it’s right and I can just pick it up and leave. I’m dissatisfied to say the least.

They were without ice and drink machine not working. They had no pepper for fries. No AC but I'm sure they were working hard to make it the best they could.
