Torisoba Hibari - Utsunomiya

My favorite ramen restaurant in utsunomiya. they need to visit it when they start a ram like me. their specificity is tori soba or chicken. the suppe is based on chicken broth and although it could look like tonkotsu, it is not. they offer five flavors shio (salt,) shoyu (soy sauce,) hot taste, tori with niiboshi (child of fish sauce) and their original tori suppe. my recommendation is the original tori suppe and it even tastes better if they add some yuzu edgy! they can find many small sidedishes (otsumami) on their menu and I recommen hühnernnban and pakuchi menma.

Late night ramen shop. The restaurant is nice and cozy. The seat might limit but staff has very well supporting you, staff really nice. The noodle is well made and nice. The very good point is able to come here even in very late night.

The chicken soba, made with chicken broth, was light yet creamy and rich, resulting in a refined flavor. The thin noodles paired well with the broth, allowing it to soak in beautifully, which made it an enjoyable dish. While I wouldn’t say it’s budget-friendly for a single meal, given the refined and delicious quality, it felt worth it. Next time, I’d like to try the dipping noodles!

This is the best place to eat near the train station! Be sure to try the tsukemen and ask them to notify you when it’s ready. If you don’t like cold soba, you can request atsumori, and they will serve you warm soba instead.

2022年5月に訪れました。鳥白湯ラーメンに卵トッピングを追加して990円でした。濃厚な鳥白湯スープが口いっぱいに広がる一杯で、臭みは全く感じられません。とろりとしたスープが麺と絶妙に絡み、一気に食べられてしまいます。お酒を飲んだ後の22時頃に伺いましたが、先に2グループほど並んでいて、それだけでも美味しさが伝わってきました。
